In a dark valley beyond time 

Being stuck without a sound plunging into 

The darkness of the icy cold waters 

Filled in an entrapment of scary thoughts 

Any way to find an escape within the sound of silence is unknown 

Deep fears bring scary ideas of going away to an unknown land 

Suddenly a golden light emerges slowly melting away the dark 

The icy cloud waters turned into the morning sunshine of happy breeze  

For now I have a companion on whose shoulders I could cry on 

Who became my savior from those scary times 

Suicide was a state which i overcame so can you 

For you are not alone 

You are a warrior 

My scars of suicide came from my rare disease  

But i will not give up 

So you shall not give up too sure
